SANJOSE will Execute Lot 2 of the Expansion Works of the CEM La Marina Municipal Sports Center in Barcelona

Barcelona d’Infraestructures Municipals (BIMSA) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution of Lot 2, which covers the installation works for the expansion of the CEM La Marina Municipal Sports Center. The project includes the construction of a new 4,980-square-metre building, which will be added to the existing 2,030-square-metre facility.

The scope of the project involves a comprehensive upgrade of all building systems, including domestic hot water (DHW), greywater reuse, HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, photovoltaic systems, audiovisual systems, CCTV, pool water purification and filtration, and building management and control systems.
