SANJOSE will execute Phase III of the Waves Marina Residential Project in Ibiza

Marina Santa Eulalia has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Phase III (finishes) of the Waves Marina Residential development, located on the seafront in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza.

Waves Marina is a multi-family residential building comprising 32 luxury-designed apartments with 2 to 4 bedrooms, offering 180º sea views and high-end materials and finishes. The project also includes a ground-floor commercial space, parking spaces, storage rooms, and exclusive communal areas such as a rooftop infinity pool, a spa, and a gym.

SANJOSE has also carried out Phase I (structure) and Phase II (architecture and installations) of the project.
