The "Expansion and improvement of a section of the two-lane road between the towns of Raebareli and Banda (National Highway NH-232)" in the state of Uttar Pradesh (India), which is completed and open for public use, will be officially inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, the Honourable Mr. Narendra Modi, next 16 December 2018.

It is one of the most prestigious and important projects of the "National Highways Authority of India".

The total length of the project is 133 kilometres, executed by flexible pavement. The works included the construction of 12 bridges of sundry features and 2 viaducts executed in metallic structure on two railway lines.

It should also be highlighted that it was necessary to carry out two complete circuits in the towns of Fatehpur and Lalganj and that the project crosses two of the main rivers in India: Ganga and Yamuna.
