SANJOSE Cabo Verde will Build a New Resort in Santa Maria, Sal Island

Blumarin Hotels, Sociedade Unipessoal has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Cabo Verde the contract for the demolition of an existing hotel (4 star Farol Resort) and the construction of a new hotel complex with approximately 20,000 square meters of built area. The new resort will include 301 housing units, a staff building, and various services. Additionally, the project also involves the implementation of external networks for water supply, fire protection, sewage, electrical systems, telecommunications, and more.
