SANJOSE Portugal will build 4 buildings in the Campo Novo project in Lisbon (Portugal)

Ninteenophelia and Imobridge have awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal, in a joint venture with Casais, the construction of 4 lots/buildings (1, 6, 7 and 8) that total more than 90,000 square metres of built area in Campo Novo in Lisbon. A new real estate project that practically means the creation of a new neighbourhood in the Portuguese capital city that expands Jardim do Campo Grande and increases its attractiveness through the mixed use of traditional neighbourhoods with a complete and attractive residential, office, commercial and service offer, in which public space is the main player.

SANJOSE is participating in this great project with the construction of 4 of the 8 lots/buildings that comprise it: an office building (1) with 18,400 square metres of built surface that executed under LEED Gold sustainability certification standards; two exclusive residential buildings (6 and 7) that total more than 29,000 square metres of built surface and 135 housing units; and a shopping centre (8), with more than 46,000 square metres of built surface, which will include a supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. It should also be noted that the project includes the construction of 2,424 underground parking spaces.
