Elegant Residences SIC Imobiliária Fechada has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the construction contract for an exclusive residential building in the Algarve. The project will comprise 38 housing units, 61 parking spaces, storage units, and extensive common areas, including a courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool.
