SANJOSE Portugal will build the Residencial Dom Pedro Residences in Quarteira – Loulé, Algarve

Oceanico III - Fundo de Invest. Imobiliário Fechado has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of a tourist development on the beachfront consisting of 83 housing units, parking spaces, outdoor swimming pools and common areas.

One of the assets of the project, which will involve more than 23,000 square meters of built surface, is the view over the beach, so that all the apartments can enjoy the same view given that the building has been designed in the form of a ' U 'opening to the promenade.
