SANJOSE Portugal will Build the Senior Clube Boavista in Francesinhas, Porto

Senior Club Boavista has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of the Senior Clube Boavista in Francesinhas, Porto. The project consists of a new senior living residence with 147 rooms and a wide range of services, including a bar, restaurant, activity rooms, lounges and leisure areas, as well as wellness and healthcare facilities.

The building will comprise more than 10,000 square meters of built area and will be developed across ten above-grade floors and two basement levels. It will also include underground parking spaces and ground-floor commercial premises.
