SANJOSE Portugal will build the “The Rebello Luxury Hotel & Apartments” in Vila Nova de Gaia

Expoente Gabarito has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of the “The Rebello Luxury Hotel & Apartments” complex in Vila Nova de Gaia.

The unique project, with a total built surface amounting to 23,500 square meters, will have 78 housing units of different typologies, a 30-room hotel 30, 3 restaurants, shop, spa, swimming pool, parking areas, outdoor landscaped areas, etc. 

Among the works to be carried out higlight, in addition to the new buildings, the provisional containment, reinforcement and adaptation of granite masonry structures to be preserved and refurbished; as well as the partial demolition of existing buildings and roofs.
