Nexity P3 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of The Flower Tower residential complex with more than 12,000 square meters of built surface in Leça da Palmeira, Matosinhos (Portugal).
The new residential tower, which will have a square plan configuration of 26 x 26 meters and an approximate height of 65 meters, will have 21 floors above ground and 3 underground floors that will mainly house 108 housing units of different types, 4 commercial premises, underground parking spaces and sundry common areas.
