SANJOSE Portugal will build the residential Villa Maria Pia de Estoril

Directadrenaline has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the construction of 2 new buildings and the refurbishment of the Villa Maria Palace Villa to create a luxurious residential complex with capacity for 14 housing units in Estoril.

Each of the 2 new buildings will house 5 homes of different sizes distributed in 3 top-level floors. For its part, floor -1 will be common to both buildings and will be used as a garage. The construction of these buildings includes 6 swimming pools and a spa area, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna.

For its part, the refurbished Palace will keep its original 5 top-level floors where 4 modern housing units with all kinds of facilities will be located.

The project also includes several works of external arrangements, including the rehabilitation of a greenhouse and the "Lake of Dragons", as well as the creation of green spaces, pedestrian paths and 3 outdoor swimming pools.
