SANJOSE Portugal will Build Phase I of a Landmark Beach Club in Vilamoura, Quarteira–Loulé, Algarve

Vilamoura Lusotur has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the contract for Phase I construction works (earthworks, foundations, and structural works) of a Beach Club in Vilamoura comprising more than 3,000 square meters (32,292 sqf) of built surface. The development will feature a restaurant, outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, a swim-up bar, jacuzzis, changing rooms, underground parking, a rooftop bar, etc.

The project is located between tourist developments: Dom Pedro Residences Vilamoura, built and completed by SANJOSE in 2024, and The Uncommon Beach Residences Vilamoura, which is also currently under construction by SANJOSE. Together, these two residential developments will comprise 175 housing units and approximately 45,000 square meters (484,376 sqf) of built surface.
