SANJOSE Portugal will Build Phase III of the Convento do Beato Residential Complex in Alameda do Beato, Lisbon

Beato Lux has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the rehabilitation of three additional buildings (including demolition works, structural reinforcements, structural works, specialized installations, and finishes), which will be incorporated into the residential complex also developed by the company.

SANJOSE previously completed Phases I and II, which involved the construction of a new building and various interventions in five existing buildings for residential use. Across the three phases, the project will represent nearly 23,000 square meters (247,570 sqf) of constructed/rehabilitated area, delivering a total of 73 residential units, several commercial premises, two parking facilities, and the creation of a central plaza with extensive landscaped green spaces.
