SANJOSE Portugal will build a tourist apartment building in Porto

NQI São Bento Residences has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution of a building next to the historic São Bento train station in Porto that will house 16 tourist apartments.

 

It is a place of great urban importance and great visibility, so aesthetically the building is designed to integrate perfectly within the existing landscape elements, in particular the rocky slopes and the walls that still remain of the old building. With this criterion, the new exterior walls of the new building will be executed in exposed concrete and a special finish to provide the building with a similar appearance and texture to the surrounding granite surface.

 

The building will consist of two basements, ground floor and four floors.
