SANJOSE Portugal will execute the 4-star White Shell resort in Porches - Lagoa, Algarve

VGPT III - Investimentos Inomiliários, Unipessoal Lda has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the construction works of the White Shell 4 stars in Porches - Lagoa, Algarve, specifically Quinta da Rocha

The tourist complex has 55 houses of different types distributed in 20 villas, a building with pool and spa, sports centre, parking spaces and the House Club that houses the reception and sundry services for the complex.

Note that the project has been granted the BREEAM certification.
