SANJOSE Portugal will carry out Phase I of the rehabilitation works of the Iglesia do Beato in Lisbon

Beato Lux has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal Phase I of the rehabilitation works of an old church. It was used as a brewery, and now it is intended to adapt it for broader uses, such as future offices, space for events, etc.

In this phase, it is worth mentioning various works such as the exhaustive topographical survey of the existing building, demolitions of specific elements, the implementation of structural reinforcement solutions. It will allow the existing structure to be preserved, and the special installations (including pre-installations) for the operation of the building in regulatory and safety terms.
