SANJOSE Portugal will Execute Phase I of Dom Pedro Residences Vilamoura in Quarteira - Loulé, Algarve (Lot D)

Vilamoura Lusotur has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works the Phase I (earthworks, deep foundations, and structure) of a new seafront tourist development in a "U" shape. The project will cover over 20,000 square meters and include 92 residences, parking facilities, outdoor pools, and various communal areas.

 

Additionally, SANJOSE previously completed Lot 6A, which consisted of 83 residential units of various types and 23,298 square meters of built surface.
