SANJOSE Portugal will Execute Phase I of the 5-Star Hotel Palácio do Carmo in Porto

Nelson Quintas Imobiliária has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the Phase I works for the rehabilitation of the former Hospital do Carmo (17th century) in Porto. The project aims to transform the historical site into a 5-star hotel, along with a restaurant, commercial and service establishments, and a convention center.

 

This initial phase includes the construction of reinforced concrete structures for Building C, encompassing earthworks, perimeter containment systems, foundations, reinforced concrete structure, steel structure, domestic wastewater drainage system, and stormwater network, among other activities.
