SANJOSE Portugal will Carry Out Phase II of the Marvilla Collection I Residential Project in Lisbon

Refletecarisma has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal Phase II (excavation and perimeter shoring) of the exclusive Marvilla Collection I residential project in Lisbon.

 

Previously, SANJOSE completed Phase I (demolition and façade shoring) of this residential development, which will breathe new life into a group of buildings formerly belonging to the company José Domingos Barreiros, dedicated to wine storage and trade. The site occupies almost the entire city block bounded by David Leandro da Silva Square, Zófimo Pedroso Street, and Fernando Palha Street, in the parish of Marvila.
