SANJOSE will adapt the Moda Shopping Mall and will build a large coworking space on Avenida General Perón 40 in Madrid

Mapfre Vida has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to transform the Moda Shopping Mall into a coworking space with covered areas and a rooftop terrace, under LEED Gold Certification.

 

The project will involve approximately 10,000 square metres of floor space. It will mainly require a number of interior and exterior refurbishment works, as well as specific restructuring, modification
