SANJOSE will Expand the GMP Lonza Biologics Plant in O Porriño, Pontevedra

Lonza Biologics O Porriño has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the expansion of its O Porriño plant and the execution of the modifications required to implement a new production process resulting from a change in technology.

 

The project will primarily involve increasing storage and freezing capacity. This will require the expansion of the GMP warehouse and the construction of a new freeze storage chamber operating at −20°C, a dedicated room for the installation of freezers, and the development of office space on the upper floors of both the freeze storage chamber and the freezer room.
