SANJOSE will Expand and Fully Modernize Office Building at Sor Ángela de la Cruz 6, Madrid

Miraceti has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the works for the expansion, refurbishment, partial restructuring, and complete reconfiguration of the façades, installations, and interior finishes of an office building located in the heart of Madrid, specifically at Sor Ángela de la Cruz 6 St.

 

The project, which will involve over 15,000 square meters of built area, will achieve LEED and WELL Platinum certifications, granting the building the representativeness and modernity it deserves given its prime location.
