SANJOSE will build 218 social housing units for rent in Seville

The Empresa Municipal de Vivienda, Suelo y Equipamientos de Sevilla, S.A. (EMVISESA) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of the more than 26,500 square metres of built surface of this new residential complex, consisting of seven independent blocks connected by a series of common areas that will house 218 social housing units for rent (VPOA) of one to four bedrooms, 283 parking spaces and 261 storage rooms in Hacienda El Rosario, Seville.
