SANJOSE will build 82 homes on Plot 3 of the El Quintanar Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid

Levitt Las Rozas Residential III has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to build an exclusive residential complex of 82 homes with 1 to 5 bedrooms as part of the El Quintanar Residential Complex, located in the Madrid municipality of Las Rozas, specifically on Plot 3 of the ‘Ámbito Kodak’ area.

The project, which will be carried out under BREEAM certification and will cover more than 14,000 square meters of built area, includes 22 single-family homes and a multi-family building that integrates the rest of the homes, garages, storage rooms, and large common areas with landscaped areas, children's play areas, indoor leisure spaces with a gourmet room, coworking and study areas, a gym, etc.
