SANJOSE will build 88 public housing units for rent in Vecindario, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Heraclum Santa Lucía has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a residential building with a total built surface of over 10,000 square meters, intended for rental housing (provisionally classified as Publicly Protected Housing – VPO by the Canary Islands Housing Institute of the Government of the Canary Islands).

The project will comprise four above-ground floors and two underground levels, 88 housing units, parking spaces, storage rooms, and three commercial units.
