SANJOSE will build two new buildings for audio-visual and office purposes in Madrid Content City, Tres Cantos

Roots Real Estate has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of two new independent buildings integrated into a single volume for audio-visual and office purposes as part of the Madrid Content City complex.

Both buildings consist of a main body devoted to audio-visual recording next to a 4-storey administrative building on one side and storage and technical rooms on the other side. The project also includes the development of parking, roads and green areas.
