SANJOSE will build the AQ Querae Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid

Kanur Investments (AQ Acentor) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the exclusive AQ Querae Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid. The project, with a built surface of over 20,000 square meters (215,278 sqf), will include 108 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, all featuring spacious terraces, parking spaces, and storage rooms. It will also offer shared amenities such as adult and children’s swimming pools, landscaped gardens and playground areas, a gym, coworking space, a gastroteca, and an open-air cinema, etc.
