SANJOSE will Build the Célere Neo Residential Complex in Valladolid

Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of the Célere Neo Residential Complex in Valladolid. The development will consist of two buildings integrated into a hillside and will comprise 102 homes with one to four bedrooms, all featuring a terrace, storage unit, and parking space.

The project will also offer a wide range of shared amenities, including a swimming pool with a sun deck, a fitness area, a social lounge, coworking spaces, extensive landscaped areas, a children's playground, etc.

This new residential development will provide a total built surface of approximately 14,000 square meters (150,695 sqf).
