SANJOSE will Build The Kove Kronos Residential Complex in Mijas, Málaga

Pintura Virila (Kronos Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to execute The Kove Kronos Residential Complex in Mijas, Málaga, under BREEAM certification standards. The project will encompass more than 23,000 square meters (247,570 sqf) of built surface and will consist of six buildings surrounded by landscaped gardens and fully integrated into their natural setting. The development will offer a total of 166 homes with 1- to 3-bedroom layouts, 184 parking spaces, two swimming pools, a spa, gym, coworking space, and a natural stream running through the site.

Architecturally, The Kove Kronos is conceived as a seamless extension of its surroundings, designed to be organic and fully integrated with the landscape. Its curves and flowing forms adapt to the site’s topography without altering it, following its natural slopes and contours. The layout and architectural expression of the six buildings create expansive common areas, preserving open space to establish natural and social environments for residents.
