SANJOSE will build Argia Building of the Ciudad Futura Residential Complex in Arganda del Rey, Madrid

Smithfield BTR P4, S.L.U. (Inmoglaciar) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of over 10,000 square metres of built area corresponding to the Argia Building of the Ciudad Futura Residential Complex in Arganda del Rey, Madrid.

 

The new building will comprise 146 one- and two-bedroom homes with terraces, parking spaces, commercial premises, and communal areas including a swimming pool with sundeck and a community room.
