SANJOSE will build the Bandalux Corporate Building in Santiago de Compostela

Bandalux Industrial has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of its new corporate building of more than 9,000 square metres in A Sionlla Business Park, Santiago de Compostela.

The project takes advantage of the great unevenness of the plot between the two opposed entrances and has opted in its design for a solution that formally accompanies this gesture, thus creating an inclined prism along the plot of land, which is visually generated through an enclosure developed by means of a triangulated metallic structure and laminated glass with Bandalux inside.

This enclosure unifies the buildings and the interior free spaces, so that the whole is perceived with a strong triangulated mesh image. At the end of the plot of land, the functional volumes are projected in such a way that it could be said that the building is divided into two so as to create a plant paradise in its central green space.
