SANJOSE will build the 5-star Hotel Vera Sevilla

Sevilla Prime River Project has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a luxury hotel in Seville, which will be developed under the BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certifications. The hotel will feature 210 rooms, a spa, a gym, parking spaces, and other premium facilities.

The new 5-star Hotel Vera Sevilla, located in the former Altadis tobacco factory in the Los Remedios district, will have a total built area of approximately 30,000 square meters, comprising eight above-ground floors and two underground levels.
