SANJOSE will build the Residencial Ancor in Arico, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for a new residential development that will house 74 single-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, garages, storage rooms and spectacular common areas including a swimming pool, solarium and gardens.

The project, which will involve more than 7,000 square metres of built surface stands out for its modern architecture, arranged into ten 2-storey blocks of flats with a common garage.
