SANJOSE will build the Residential development Bagaria in Cornellá de Llobregat, Barcelona

SPV Reoco 1 (Aedas Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of Residencial Bagaria, consisting of 102 housing units, qualifying 21 of the same as social homes.

The development is divided into two blocks with three common basement floors for 270 parking spaces and 102 storage rooms. The first block is composed of 13 top level floors, while the second block is a 5-storey building.

The development has a swimming pool, common garden areas, solarium, and children's area.
