SANJOSE will build the Bonavía Residential Complex in Valladolid

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for a new residential development of more than 7,000 square metres of built surface consisting of 55 housing units (2, 3, and 4 bedrooms), 60 parking spaces, 55 storage rooms, and common areas with a swimming pool, children's play area, and landscaped areas.

The building has a ground floor plus two upper floors, a floor below ground level and a basement devoted to parking, storage rooms and facilities.
