SANJOSE will Build the Caleida Residential Development in A Coruña

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the Caleida Residential Development, located in the new neighborhood of San Pedro de Visma in A Coruña.

Caleida, featuring a distinctive design and more than 15,000 square meters (161,500 sqf) of built surface, will include 100 exclusive homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms (all with terraces, parking spaces, and storage units included), as well as premium communal areas with a private garden, swimming pool, and a social lounge on the entrance level.
