SANJOSE will build Residencial development Castillejo 95 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Avantespacia Inmobiliaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution of a building with 104 housing units in the Guanarteme neighbourhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The building, divided into two volumes with a central courtyard, is formed by three basement floors that house 166 parking spaces and 104 storage rooms, ground floor for commercial premises and access, seven top level floors where the 104 homes are located and a penthouse with communal pool.

Within the project, special attention should be paid to the interior facade that forms a vertical garden by GRC planters.
