SANJOSE will build Residencial Chile 02 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Avanateespacia Inmobiliaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for the Chile 02 residential complex in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The new development, which stands out for its design and modern architecture, is made up of 2 towers (8 and 10 heights) that house 100 homes (1 to 4 bedrooms) and common areas that include 174 parking spaces, 100 storage rooms, 13 commercial premises, 1 community premises, 1 waste reserve space and a swimming pool with a solarium.

The project also includes the execution of the works of a public exterior urbanization of 3,850 square metres, including an access road, green areas, public lighting installations, urban furniture and recreation areas for adults and children.
