SANJOSE will build the Conde de Aranda Residential Building in Saragossa

Nozar has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of the Conde de Aranda Residential Building consisting of 53 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms (including penthouses with magnificent terraces), 53 storage rooms, 53 parking spaces with pre-installation for electric car charging, and different common spaces that include a gym, gastropub and garden patio.

It should be noted that the homes in the Conde de Aranda Building in Zaragoza have the highest energy rating due to the use of quality construction materials and thermal comfort systems, such as underfloor air conditioning and cooling with aerothermal energy, that contribute to save energy.
