SANJOSE will build the Habitat Costanera Residential Development in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Promociones Habitat has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of the new Habitat Costanera Residential Complex, consisting of 85 housing units of 1 to 3 bedrooms, commercial premises, parking spaces, storage rooms, and common areas with a gymnasium and running area.

The building, which will have more than 9,000 square metres of built surface, consists of two floors below ground level and five above ground level and stands out for its façade of light tones and different textures in a clear allusion to traditional coastal housing and for its large terraces.
