SANJOSE will build the Kima Residential Complex in Valladolid

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of the Kima Residential Complex in Valladolid, an exclusive gated development with nearly 10,000 square meters (107,639 sqf) of built surface. The project will feature 65 two- and three-bedroom homes (all with terraces, parking spaces, and storage rooms), as well as shared amenities including adult and children’s swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, a children’s play area, a gym, a community room, bicycle parking, and extensive landscaped gardens, among others.
