SANJOSE will build the residential development Las Dunas in Castellón de la Plana - Benicasim

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for a new residential development located on the beachfront of Serradal Beach, between Benicasim and Castellón de la Plana.

Residencial Las Dunas, which will have approximately 10,000 square metres of built surface, will be made up of two 4-storey buildings connected between them and housing 72 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, car parks, storage rooms and common areas, including a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children, paddle tennis court, outdoor gym and green areas, etc.
