SANJOSE will build the Llul Residential in Palma de Mallorca

Spv Reco 1 (Aedas Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of the Llul Residential in Palma de Mallorca.

The new residential complex has three buildings where a total of 85 homes with two and three bedrooms and garage and storage room are distributed. It also includes a percentage of penthouses with private solarium and ground floor with terrace as singular typologies.

The private interior development includes complete common areas composed of a large Mediterranean garden, consistent with the vegetation of the island, an outdoor pool, a playground and a large community space that will have a double use, such as gym and gourmet hall.
