SANJOSE will build the residential building Residencial Melzi, in the Patraíx neighbourhood, Valencia

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of a residential complex with 111 housing units, 51 parking spaces and 17 storage rooms in the Valencian neighbourhood of Patraix.

The 7-storey building will have a built surface of over 12,500 square metres.
