SANJOSE will build the Nova Orellana Residential in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid

SPV Reoco 1 (Aedas Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of the more than 12,000 square meters that make up the Nova Orellana Residential in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.

 

The new development has two buildings arranged in an asymmetric way that add up to 128 housing units (64 + 64 and all with terrace or ground floor with garden), 195 parking spaces, 128 storage rooms and large common areas between the two blocks where the swimming pools, playground, paddle tennis court, green areas, surface parking for cars and bicycles, etc are located.
