SANJOSE will Build the Oase Residential Development in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the exclusive Oase Residential Development, with more than 25,000 square meters of built area. It is the largest timber residential project in the Canary Islands and the first new-build development in Meloneras in the past 20 years.

This unique complex, featuring a timber structure and prefabricated wooden façade enclosures, will consist of 96 single-family homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms and extensive communal areas, including adult and children’s pools, a large solarium, children’s play area, a wellness space with gym, sauna and heated pool, coworking area, bicycle parking, entrance concierge with video surveillance, underground community garage, and storage rooms.

Oase is a residential concept centered around four core principles: privacy, exclusivity, comfort, and security.
