SANJOSE will build the Residencial Pier I in Rota, Cádiz

Metrovacesa Suelo y Promoción has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of Pier I Residential in Rota, Cádiz.

The building, which covers more than 9,000 square metres of built surface, houses 79 homes (19 duplex, 50 single-storey homes and 10 penthouses), 79 parking spaces, 79 storage rooms and a community pool.
