SANJOSE will build the Satia Residential Complex in Murcia

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction work under the BREEAM Good Certification for the Satia Residential Complex in Murcia, a new development of 198 homes that will cover some 25,000 square meters of built area distributed in two phases of 99 homes each.

In addition to the 1- to 3-bedroom homes, this new development will feature underground parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial premises, and common areas that include a rooftop swimming pool, gym, coworking space, multipurpose room, community aerothermal system, etc.
