SANJOSE will build the "Nou Nazareth" residential development in Alicante

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for the more than 13,000 square meters of built area that make up this new residential development in Alicante, consisting of 132 one and two-bedroom housing units and five commercial spaces distributed in two blocks.

 

The two buildings have a common basement floor that occupies practically the entire plot devoted to house 159 parking spaces for cars, 5 parking spaces for motorbikes and 132 private storage rooms. In addition, the communal areas include a 150 square metre communal swimming pool on the ground level.
