SANJOSE will build the Sextans VPPB Residential Complex in Los Berrocales, Madrid

Residencial Sextans Sociedad Cooperativa Madrileña (Grupo Ibosa) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the collaborative-execution contract for a residential building comprising 74 Basic Publicly Protected Homes (VPPB) under a cooperative regime in Los Berrocales, Madrid.

The Sextans Residential Complex, with a total built surface of over 12,000 square meters, will feature 2- and 3-bedroom housing units, parking spaces, storage rooms, a commercial unit, and communal areas including a swimming pool and children’s play area.
